Last Updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VisionTech International website and, where applicable, may also form part of quotations, proposals, purchase orders, service agreements, or other commercial arrangements.
Information provided on this website is for general product, technical, and business-information purposes. Product specifications, availability, configurations, images, and features may change without notice. Final specifications and commercial conditions are those stated in the applicable quotation, proposal, manufacturer documentation, or written agreement.
Website content does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or patient management. Medical equipment should be selected, installed, operated, and maintained by appropriately qualified personnel and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable regulations.
All quotations are subject to product availability, quotation validity, applicable taxes, duties, freight, regulatory requirements, site readiness, payment terms, and other conditions stated in the quotation. An order becomes binding only after written acceptance or execution of an applicable agreement.
Prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, installation scope, warranty, training, maintenance, and other commercial conditions will be defined in the relevant quotation or agreement. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by manufacturer schedules, freight, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, supply-chain conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where installation or commissioning is included, the customer is responsible for ensuring that agreed site-readiness requirements are completed. These may include civil works, electrical supply, grounding, HVAC, network connectivity, medical gases, cooling, drainage, structural requirements, radiation shielding, and suitable equipment access.
Warranty coverage is generally subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Warranty may not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, accidental damage, unsuitable environmental conditions, electrical problems, consumables, or normal wear and tear.
Maintenance, preventive service, corrective maintenance, spare parts, calibration support, and technical assistance are provided according to the scope stated in the applicable service agreement or quotation.
Returns, cancellations, or exchanges require prior written authorization and may be subject to manufacturer conditions, inspection, shipping costs, restocking charges, or other applicable requirements. Special-order, imported, customized, configured, sterile, or commissioned products may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, regulatory approvals, professional standards, and institutional procedures relating to the purchase, possession, installation, operation, and use of medical equipment.
Radiation-producing equipment, nuclear medicine systems, cyclotrons, radiotherapy equipment, shielding systems, and related technologies require appropriate professional and regulatory oversight. Shielding calculations, facility designs, commissioning, acceptance testing, and radiation surveys should be performed or reviewed by suitably qualified professionals where required.
